Hi, pastor.

Thank you for visiting my personal website!

Please email me before booking or purchasing anything on this site. (If you're looking for a Birkman assessment, you can arrange that directly through our District office.)

People have said to me, "It's none of the PAOC's business what you do in your free time." But I disagree. Like many of you, I have placed myself in submission to our Conference in ministry and also in character, life, and testimony. I'm working very hard not to cross the lines between my Maritime PAOC ministry and a personal passion. I can promise you there is no "double-dipping" happening - not even a paperclip or one of those fancy blue Maritime District pens.

I'm trying to be obedient in all aspects of my life and calling. Let me explain some of what I'm seeking to accomplish.

First, over the past few years, I have developed many relationships and connections outside of the PAOC. Some of these have come from community involvement, books or articles I've written, speaking I've done, and word-of-mouth. I find myself doing a fair bit of consulting and teaching beyond our PAOC circles, and I'm trying to serve where I can.

Secondly, I love helping leaders, and I'm good at it. I love jumping in a leader's boat and helping them row a while. I feel my calling is to help people achieve their goals - whether secular or sacred. Lately, and increasingly, I've been asked to support various leaders across the country who have no connection to the PAOC.

Third, I'm hoping that coaching moves me closer to people who don't have Faith. So much of my world is the church world, and I have a need to be in relationships with people who don't know Jesus yet. It has been a long time since I've led a person to Jesus outside of the church walls.

Some call this a "side hustle." I think side hustles typically make you money, and this gig currently doesn't.

I’m deeply committed to my work with PAOC leaders. It continues to be a deep passion and a great source of fulfillment. I'm thrilled to help you in any way I can. Email, text, or call whenever you want to reach out.

Thanks again,
